Upgrade Certifications are specifically for those who are already DISC Certified and have a good working knowledge of the DISC model. The shorter certification enables the participant to learn the Emotional Intelligence elements of DISC Flow® reports and their implementation.

Completing a DISC Flow® Upgrade certification course signals a proven level of capability and knowledge – giving your clients or organisation the ability to tie behavioural and communication-based solutions directly to individual, team, and company goals.
